How to Start

Here’s the process for placing an order:

1.Assessing the Need & Defining the Project: 

  • During this initial phase, we collect relevant project information to gain a preliminary understanding of your requirements.
  • Clients are required to complete our “Information Collection Form” (download the from by clicking here) to provide essential project details.
  • If there are additional requirements, we’ll verify and confirm the relevant information.
  • We may provide certain project-specific conditions or prerequisites that clients need to be aware of or prepare for in advance. You can download the necessary documentation related to your project by clicking here.

2.Project Design Phase: 

  • After ensuring the accuracy of the collected information, we typically take approximately 1-2 weeks to develop project proposals. 
  • These proposals include equipment specifications, styles, budget estimates, and other relevant details. 
  • The final step in this phase is the signing of the procurement contract by both parties.

3.Production Phase: 

  • As most of our products are custom-made, the production cycle usually spans 20-45 days.

4.Shipping Phase: 

  • Our equipment is typically transported via sea freight, and the specific shipping duration depends on the vessel’s schedule. 
  • Estimated shipping times range from approximately 20-40 days. Upon arrival at the port, we assist with customs clearance and ensure the equipment reaches the project site.

5.Installation Phase: 

  • We assign a dedicated project manager to oversee on-site guidance and installation. 
  • We also handle on-site commissioning. 
  • Installation and commissioning are generally completed within 20 days if project conditions are favorable.
