Watereazy Unveils World’s First Ecological Wastewater Treatment Tower

On November 20th, 2022, Hotone (Watereazy)’s independently developed, designed, constructed, and operated global groundbreaking ecological wastewater treatment tower has entered the phase of detailed adjustments to construction drawings, set to commence construction in December. Upon completion, this ecological wastewater treatment tower will revolutionize the conventional sewage plants, resembling a sophisticated commercial building rather than the traditional sewage facilities.

The innovative ecological wastewater treatment tower by Hotone (Watereazy) significantly transforms the conventional sewage plant design. It reimagines the biological tanks, which traditionally occupy the largest area, into a three-dimensional and equipment-based vertical design. The secondary sedimentation tanks, typically the second-largest area, have been transformed into modular sedimentation units primarily employing side flow horizontal sedimentation technology. This transformation marks a revolutionary change in the sewage treatment plant construction paradigm, shifting the sewage treatment process from civil engineering to electromechanical installation. Intelligent equipment within the facility operates under negative pressure, transforming the previously unorganized emission of foul-smelling gases from sewage into centralized treatment, ensuring odorless and harmless emission to meet standards.

Hotone(Watereazy)’s 3D ecological wastewater treatment tower not only fundamentally changes the negative perception associated with conventional sewage plants but also successfully resolves the issues of discomfort typically associated with sewage facilities. Furthermore, it significantly conserves land resources and transforms the traditional function and form of sewage plants, transitioning these treatment facilities from urban “liabilities” to “assets.”

As the pioneering initiative of Hotone(Watereazy)’s 3D ecological wastewater treatment technology, Shandong Hotone(Watereazy) collaborates with renowned design experts to customize the process, architectural, landscape, and artistic design of the ecological wastewater treatment center.

The fourth phase project internally adopts energy-efficient systems like heat circulation and hydraulic energy conversion, water recycling, and rainwater collection systems to achieve green and sustainable objectives. It introduces the concept of “Ecology-Oriented Development (EOD),” enriching regional functionality by establishing a water-centric educational exhibition hall, an ecological garden resort area, and a green ecological office area, promoting harmonious development based on integrated industrial and urban areas.
